Luman Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us — your name and email when you contact us, submit a form (such as a tool request), subscribe to the newsletter, or book a consultation.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product, checkout is handled by our payment and course platforms (Stripe and Thinkific). They collect payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited to operate the site.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver products you purchase, respond to inquiries, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

We rely on established providers to run the business: Stripe (payments), Thinkific (course and download delivery), Netlify (site hosting and forms), Calendly (scheduling), and Zoom (workshops). Each processes your data under its own privacy policy when you interact with that service.

4. Email

Newsletter and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, product access) are sent as part of fulfilling your purchase.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing meghan@luman-group.com. Note that purchase records held by our payment processors may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
