License — what your purchase covers

When you buy a Luman Group tool, template, kit, or course, you get a license to use it within one business:

• Use, adapt, and customize the materials for your own company's internal HR needs — edit them, put them on your letterhead, roll them out to your team.
• Share them internally with the owners, managers, and staff of that one business.

The license does not include reselling, redistributing, publishing, or repackaging the materials — including sharing them with other businesses, clients, or the public, or using them to build a competing product. Consultants and advisors who want to use Luman materials across client businesses should contact us for a multi-business license: meghan@luman-group.com.

Updates

Employment law moves. Products marked as "kept current" (such as the Offer Letter Builder subscription) are updated as the law changes for as long as your subscription is active. One-time digital downloads reflect the law as of the edition date shown in the product; when we publish a major update, existing buyers get access to the refreshed edition of that product through their course-platform account.

Refunds

• Digital downloads and courses — delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If a file is defective or you received the wrong product, email us and we'll replace it or fix your access.
• Live workshops — full refund up to 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours, no refund — but you can transfer your seat to any future cycle of the same class.
• Subscriptions (such as the Offer Letter Builder) — cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Renewals aren't refundable once the new period starts.
• Consulting, HR On Call, and investigations — governed by the engagement terms provided at booking.

Chargebacks

If something isn't right, please contact us first — we resolve issues quickly, and a direct email is faster than a card dispute.
